Under the red and blue colors, the Council of Wanderers appears: elite figures who brandish the Constitution but too often forget to apply its principles. They swear allegiance to the people, but the reality remains: betrayals, broken promises, absent justice.
The ancestors watch, recalling that the freedom and dignity conquered at the price of blood cannot be bargained. This work denounces Haiti's political wandering and calls for an awakening: transforming the wandering into true guardians of the people
At the bottom, a frieze of small stylized characters, almost tribal or voodoo, recall the presence of ancestors, the collective spirit, and the invisible force that supports the people in their quest for dignity.
